By accesssing and using the Baseroo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
As a property manager using Baseroo, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system. This includes room assignments, attendance logs, and financial records. Baseroo provides the tools, but the operational accuracy rests with the user.
When utilizing the secure onboarding features (Aadhaar/DigiLocker), you must ensure that residents have consented to their data being processed. Baseroo acts as a processor and complies with standard Indian data protection guidelines.
Baseroo is currently in Public Beta. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are continuously improving the platform. Feedback is welcome and helps us build a better product for the hostel community.
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.
